Adam joined the business in September 2024, having previously served as General Counsel & Company Secretary at Esken Limited (a listed company and the former owner of the business). He is a commercial and corporate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience, having spent much of his career in in-house legal positions, predominantly in the energy sector. Adam brings a wealth of legal and governance expertise to the business and has a focus on helping the business deliver its strategic goals whilst managing risk appropriately. Prior to joining Esken, Adam was International Legal Director for MRC Global (a leading global distributor of pipes, valves and fittings) for six years.
