Seras Mental Health Champions

Excelling in health, safety and wellbeing is one of our four ESG pillars.

That’s why we have invested in developing 30 in-house trained Mental Health First Aiders. These individuals are the first port of call for anyone who wants to reach out for support.

Our Benefits portal also boasts a fantastic range of health benefits and rewards. These include discounts on gym memberships, nutrition advice and access to a virtual doctor.

We want everyone to feel heard and valued across our business. Our nominated People Champions and bi-monthly People Forum ensures that we are listening and supporting the views of our people.
