James joined the business in December 2017 and became Finance Director in January 2022. He has responsibility for the delivery of our financial and business strategies. James also leads the People and Business Improvement teams.
Prior to joining Seras, James held operational and financial roles at Airbus, electronics company Celestica and automotive components supplier Delphi. James is a qualified Management accountant (CIMA) with over 20 years’ experience in finance.
